This is, at the time of this posting, the largest available resolution image of the Great Maine State Seal available on the Internet. In a weird turn of events, it is simply the carefully colored and textured version of the coloring-book version of the seal available here.
This version is the block-colored version.
This image is in PNG format, and the outlines remain in their un-anti-aliased. This is to allow you to do with the image as you please, starting from a loss-less base.
Use of the Seal according to Maine.gov
Non-commercial use of the Seal by state agencies, on letterheads or videos for example, is unregulated. Use of the Seal for commercial purposes is governed by Title 1 Section 204 and requires permission from the Governor (1 State House Station, Augusta, ME 04333. e-mail .).
