Mike MulliganBorn and raised in Brunswick, Maine, I am currently attending NESCOM in pursuit of a Bachelors Degree in Communications. An only child to Patricia Crooker and Joe Mulligan, I was raised by my mother on the grounds of beautiful Thomas Point Beach. Since I’ve been able to walk I’ve been involved in many aspects of the family business, yet have chosen to pursue a different path. In sixth grade I was thoroughly introduced to computers and a fledgling internet. I was immediately intrigued by the whole technology thing and taught myself everything I know now.

I wrote my first web page in the seventh grade for a science project evaluating the possibility and plausibility of Mars colonization. “Mars Project” was an extreme success and inspired me to continue honing and developing my design skills.

Nowadays I am an independent web master while attending school in Bangor, Maine. I manage the websites of a number of local businesses, including Thomas Point Beach and the Miss Maine Scholarship Pageant. I am also a photographer for the Spectator as well as a pageant photographer for the Miss Maine Scholarship Pageant and various other preliminary pageants in New England.

I hope some day to own and operate my own design firm, providing a whole suite of services, including web, print and graphic design, as well as video and photographic services, both in studio and on location. I realize I have a way to go, but I feel I am sufficiently on track for realizing my 5-year plan fully.

If you have any questions about my professional services please feel free to contact me at any time.
